The Tennessee Members Assistance Program (MAP) was established in 1989 with a goal to empower both employees and managers who are seeking solutions to everyday life and work situations. MAP consultations are voluntary, confidential, and available at no cost. The program provides assistance and short-term, solution-focused treatment for union members or their dependents. If additional help is needed, MAP will locate resources for ongoing assistance with many referrals being covered by your health insurance. MAP staff is available to speak with you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  If you would like to get in touch with our staff, please visit the MAP contact form.
