TN AFL-CIO Announces 2026 General Election Endorsements

The Tennessee AFL-CIO is proud to announce our endorsed candidates for the 2026 General Election.

These candidates have earned the support of Tennessee’s labor movement because they understand that when working people have a voice, our communities are stronger.

Across Tennessee, working people are facing rising costs, attacks on workers’ rights, and growing challenges to the ability of unions to bargain for better wages, safer workplaces, and stronger communities. We need elected leaders who will stand with working people and recognize the vital role unions play in building a stronger Tennessee.

Our endorsed candidates have demonstrated a commitment to the issues that matter most to working families, including good-paying jobs, safe workplaces, affordable healthcare, strong public schools, and the freedom to join together in a union.
